Jessica Howard joined MobileNet in 2007 and has risen to the challenging and dynamic role as MobileNet’s Human Resources Manager. She is instrumental in leading the organization with her strong knowledge in employment law, employee relations, leadership and employee development, compensation, retention and everything in between. She is passionate about helping each member of our organization make the most of resources and talent. She has the vision to develop and implement plans to further improve our infrastructure, build winning cultures in leadership and HR systems to continue to drive performance and business results for years to come. She has led all major HR functions with success and continues to meet current business challenges with practical strategies and actions. Jessica and her team continue to provide programs, policies and services to create a seamless integration for new hires and to drive existing employees to be more productive, engaged and satisfied at work thus creating a healthy, supportive and considerate work environment. Jessica has a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Brandman University and has completed a Human Resources Program from SaddleBack College.
