ALICIA ARROYO LUCAS

With over 17 years in the telecommunications industry, Alicia Arroyo Lucas brings her experience in project management, process development and operations deployment to MobileNet Services. She has managed various implementation projects nationwide for Nortel Networks and Ericsson North America, specializing in network and infrastructure upgrades for clients such as Verizon Wireless, AT&T and T-Mobile. At MobileNet her focus is on diversifying services, recruiting talented resources and advising on business and policy issues. In 2017, Alicia launched Connecting Women of MobileNet (CWoM), an internal organization focused on supporting female roles within the company through education and collaboration. She has a B.S. in Telecommunications from DeVry University, an M.B.A. with emphasis in Project Management from Keller Graduate School and is PMP certified. In 2013, she was honored with the DeVry Alumni Association Los Angeles Chapter Rising Star award and in 2017 she was recognized as an Outstanding Executive in Technology, an award presented by AWT – Advancing Women in Technology. Alicia is an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF), Association for Women in Technology (AWT) and the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW).
